In partnership with Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute (SIYLI) Institute, Blissup works with organizations of all sizes, across sectors, to develop a more inclusive, effective, and collaborative workplace. We equip leaders and teams with essential tools for increased productivity and happiness as part of a healthier work ecosystem.
SIY was born at Google when veteran engineer Chade-Meng Tan assembled leading experts in mindfulness, neuroscience and emotional intelligence to develop an internal course for fellow Googlers. The course quickly gained fame due to excellent results and is now a worldwide program, of which Alice is a certified instructor.
How does it work?
Over two days in person and four weeks of virtual follow-up, the SIY program empowers participants with a specific set of skills that can be applied immediately, in the workplace and beyond. The focus is on honing emotional intelligence to foster peak performance,
strong collaboration and effective leadership, leading to greater wellbeing and happiness.
The Results?
Recent surveys have collected 1,500 responses from SIY trainings delivered in 20 countries. The results demonstrate a powerful positive impact on mindfulness, emotional intelligence, resilience, stress management, empathy and much more.

Mindfulness Programs
At Blissup, we harness the latest advancements in neuroscience and the wisdom of contemplative traditions to deliver secular mindfulness training, adapted to clients’ real-world needs. Programs are tailor-made and highly experiential, bringing about powerful transformation in a short period of time.
Workshops incorporate proven tools for managing stress and work fatigue, as well as enhancing productivity and performance. Participants become more creative, calmer and efficient, leading to increased focus, innovation and wellbeing.
